If you haven’t seen NBYC coach and committee member Patrick Londeen over the last six months, there’s a very good reason.  Patrick has been busy helping Team NZ win the America’s Cup! Patrick works for Team NZ as a boatbuilder and is one of the very talented team which built the beautiful, and very fast, America’s Cup winning boat Te Rehutai.

The last year has been a very intensive time for Patrick and has seen him putting in some very long hours day and night. But it was all proven worthwhile when Team NZ retained the cup in the super exciting series in March.

NBYC would like to extend a huge congratulations to Patrick on a job very well done – and we look forward to seeing a lot more of him sailing with us from now on.
